RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY & REFUNDS

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the products you receive, and we will gladly accept returns or exchange for the items purchased on Oana for any legitimate reason within the specified return/exchange period ie 7 days of receipt. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

For Returns you can follow the below steps:

  1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. You will receive a response as soon as possible. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. You can write an email to hello@oana.in to schedule a return pick-up.
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 -7 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your original payment method or the one you have submitted via your raised ticket. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

  • You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the hygiene, health, and personal care/ wellness/consumable nature of the product: Bodysuits, Lingerie, Swimwear, Jewelry, and Accessories (except Scarves, Bags, and Mermaid blankets).
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items with non-returnable marks and gifts cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-OANA products.

Note: 

1. The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

2. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free reverse pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Refunds will be initiated upon post quality check of the products. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within the following timelines:

  • NEFT – 5 to 7 business days post refund initiation
  • Online Refund – 10 to 15 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
  • PayU Wallet: Within 7 days
